Fair enough. I wondered if it could go in ACs parking space which presumably is off road but all this is pretty much irrelevant now anyway as he has decided to use toxic bro's mate.

    Yeah. 'Elf and safety, innit....:rotfl:

AC will do as he wishes, it is his money, after all, or will be on completion.

Okay..smodlet , I'm not chucking money away . Just acting in a state of panic .no choice .

LL / enthusiastic :I will be going with the removal guys . Go in a cafe then go home .
Thursday , get rid of rubbish . When all is done ,I have to make flat tidy as
best I can . Then go . May come back sat one more time .
Knowing that guy , he's probably only got an old dog licence.
He goes to a place regularly , pays the various depts and empties his van.
    All legit .
I have canndlestick holders ,a large computer desk , stools from the kitchen breakfast bar etc. The Pilates machine is going also .

AC. Sorry to throw this at you but does your brothers mate have a waste disposal licence. Where is he taking the rubbish.

    Flytipping carries a huge fine.......

    Aagh
Most tips won't accept rubbish in vans as it's designated trade waste and has to be paid for and taken to a different site. Does brother's mate have a car?

I thought he was moving to Poole? That's in Dorset, not Devon, right?

I know there is a subtext which I am completely not getting here... I don't even have predictive text, whatever that is, just m' brain, hence the poor service.

    No subtext, I'm afraid.

Count yourself lucky if you need to google them.
  • Best to forget my brother and his mate IMHO

Oh, they were the nutters, so sorry, religious sect? I do, wendym, I do. Religions are a bit like relatives, perhaps; work for some, not for others.

    Off it, AC, off it.

Wendym, clearly your OH had better sense... At any rate, you seem like a lovely person to me, fwiw.
