Had a catchup email , from chase Buchanan this morning .
Things sound pretty straightforward now.
I gave him a call, and regarding the fascia boards:
What will probably happen , is a retention is held for a period of time.
How much , will probably have to be negotiated .
If the work needs doing within that timeframe , then the money is there.
If on the other hand the work hasn't been carried out within that timeframe , the money is paid back to me.

So , the wheels are still moving round and round
