A tale of two Friday's smodlet

Last Friday , the somewhat confusing letter from property mgt co.
Just got home . Today , the neighbour aka scum, reduced the height of her climbing plant . I'm impressed , but confused .
She should know that , she had to get her act together for her new neighbours. But why now ?0 -
Maybe she's had a letter from the Property Mgmt Co. AC?0

Maybe she's had a letter from the Property Mgmt Co. AC?
I know this sounds daft , but I did mention that it may be her that alerted them and not the results from survey.
When I filled in form to solicitor, I did mention that I asked her to tidy her gardens ,and that it was resolved not long after. ( similar wording )
Obviously, I never mentioned the vile person telling me to sort the eaves out.
Maybe , the property mgt co. , decided to have a look during the week.
I just hope that , she hasn't put a spanner in the works and put the buyers off.
I dread the call from my solicitor , ' bad news I'm afraid ,..'0 -
AC, I think you would have heard from either Chase or your solicitor by now if there were any major questions arising from survey relating to mortgageability and/or work needed.
Do you know which type of survey they had done, or was it simply a valuation for the building society rather than a survey?
If that was the case the only fly may be the Property Mgmt Co.0
