Well, LL waiting for both. I may call chase Buchanan and ask what date the buyers have in mind . My neighbours garden looks tidier by the day .
Saves me putting weed killer there on day of departure .
It must really annoy her , that she had to do that .

On another bizarre note : felt great this morning , although it's my mums birthday . Anyhow , this is work related ( and why I hate the place so much ).. As I was entering the lift at ground floor , a young trader ( looks about 12) tried to close the door withou me getting in.
I kicked the door open ferociously . I then made sure I got out of the lift first. If it kicked off, I would've ripped his head off!
The place has changed me . I am normally too quiet . 12 year old traders , will not belittle me . I mentioned it to a few people , full of. Few choice words . People want me to know who they are . No! They need to know who I am

Just spoke to chase Buchanan . Told them I want to complete on a weds .
He is very optimistic about things being tied up in the next couple of weeks.
Looking forward to it . October will probably the most eventful month of the remainder of my life . Must make a template , for my resignation

Almost . LL is my minder:)
Never been a nice place to work . politeness costs a fortune in that place. Being a walking time bomb , can be draining at times:;

Oh I dont know the thought of AC on the rampage is enough to give even the most stout hearted a touch of the vapours. Like most easy going types, when pushed too far, I bet he probably explodes like a volcano......:rotfl:

Well I've put an offer in on the bungalow. The house stinks, it needs taking back to brick and starting again. The EPC rating is "F" so virtually no insulation and the garden is a jungle.

I like it though, it's a nice little house, good layout, wide hall and decent sized square rooms. It has good bones and will scrub up well.

Fingers crossed.

Housing market slowed up in Hampshire, pleased to hear it's not just my house. I looked on Rightmove today and there are 3 other houses that were STC months ago and have re-appeared - many it's the 'thing to do' - pull out on day of exchange
