Whatever happened to "Sold subject to contract"? It's just free advertising for them, AC. Pity rubbish EAs don't have to display a board that says, "Sale Collapsed Because We Gave Bad Advice/Caused Delays Through Our Ineptitude, Never Use Us".

Innit? As EAs go, they don't sound that bad, though I think you may have sold more quickly had they advised you better... and taken better pics but what the heck? You have an offer, you need only one. Onwards and westwards, AC, Westward Ho! I mean, Poole. Yeah. If you get to Westward Ho! you've gone too far.

LL, sorry to hear about what happened, as you've said, it could have been worse, but still very frightening. Glad you're ok and have 'carpe diem'd over the cruise .

Nothing to add on the music front I'm afraid . Or the mossies. We did have lots of little ants in the kitchen this morning though :eek:.

They call it mellow yellow... AC, I blame you entirely for the fact that I was singing Go West in the kitchen, while conducting myself with a slice of cold pizza when OH walked in... not surprisingly, he did not bat an eyelid; he knew I was nuts when he got me.

Fell asleep on train - phone rings . Park let ! Had my parking space advertised for over a year . Had to tell them my flats up for sale .
