Good question smodlet .i was caught unawares. My first payment would/ would've been in the middle of October . ( about£53)
It could be tricky , if the 'buyers' move in around that time.
I'm probably best to ignore it. However, if they pull out, I will let it out if anybody wants it.
Reason imho, why nobody bothered with the ad for over year..too many !!!!!!!!!!s, who'd rather steal someone elses space while they can get away with it But let's forge about that , and keep,on track wth this topic

Humid again ! Very slow and boring day . Traffic is really bad today ( it's bad every day , but today is exceptional ).
So, what else is there ? An email from my solicitor . Draft papers have been released. Gotta read that later , at home .

My solicitor did a knowkledge , that I may have to rent etc. and stated that I may need a bit of time etc.
Hopefully the buyers are cool with that .

Well, expect to hear about the survey around now .
Was gonna potentially have a look around lower parkstone this week .
Will probably look down there next week. Twickenham station closed this weekend , and disruption in the Bournemouth / Southampton areas I think also .
If I can get a handful of properties together over the weekend via right move , then maybe things will come together .

Alot cooler in Hampshire too AC - thankfully, it's been horribly muggy the last few days.
I'm away for the weekend but hoping the house will sell over the weekend, I'm bored now and want to crack on with packing!

Estate agent phoned, basically with an update .
Forgot to mention, solicitor wants another £400( approx) ,for info from property mgt co. Search in the not too distant future . How I'm gonna pay for that , I have no idea . Hopefully he won't want it too soon.

Once all that is finalised , hopefully everything is ok .
