Is the area......sea views!!! Needs a bit of freshening up but if the area is good then worth it for the view.

I'll look for more. I do enjoy spending other people's money..........

Could be decent, although if that's a flat roof I'd want to know the condition of it, especially being top floor flat.

Yes, that's one of the reasons why I'm wary of flats. You never know when you might be hit by a whopping repair bill.

I'd never buy anything with a flat roof, but that's just me. Trouble with being top floor under flat roof, your in danger of double whammy from leaks then costs, also the possibility in a shared freehold of the others not wanting to pay their share and the hassle that comes from that.

I agree with you a house would be very much better, but not within budget where AC wants to be unfortunately.

    I rather like this one........;)

Ps I've downloaded it to pinch some ideas.

It's the entry end of what used to be a pretty rough council estate, although in recent years behaviour has improved. Near to Hamworthy rail station and the Blandford Road bus services. There's a 2 bed cluster house built in 2009 just off Blandford Road that would probably be a better buy.

But wrong end of Poole for AC.

At moment my vote is for the two flats with lovely views. I can just see AC [STRIKE]and his MSE guests[/STRIKE] having brekkie on the balcony :T

Off to research Penn Hill. :D

OK, that was quick. Only two flats. White one ok and has a nice garden. Other is more modern and main bedroom quite big if you can see past the stuff . Personally I think we'd be happier with Purbeck .

I think you are paying for the location rather than the house. ;)

There's a plot of land nearby for £4m......just the land!!!

Let's face it, it's rather academic. I'm not in that bracket, nowhere near. Just my "fantasy home by the sea". :rotfl:

Wow! I am being very spoiled on here :)
That party with m s e folk , would be a good christening gally:)

There are three that my friend has pointed out .
However, there is one ( chapel point ), in which bedroom 2 is too small.
I like it tho' , but £235,000 is too much .
If I could go to £215?
    Have a look :) ( key Drummond )
