yes, you probably are on a great tariff. I live near London and unfortunately we get charged London rates for ours, we use both.

I do like their online service but must admit I emailed and called and not received a reply to a couple of emails so not very impressed at the moment.

I think it is called Ovo they are cheaper for both for my area.

ok, am on a facebook group and some of the lovely ladies have been claiming back ppi, loan charges and other stuff. One lovely lady claimed back for a bank account that had packages on that she never used and paid the extra each month. Guess what? she received a lovely cheque this morning. :j:j

5 days to deal with her claim :T

so can I please, please get you all to start claiming back bank charges, ppi claims etc before they close the doors for good to claiming it back!

Just checked online banking and discovered a £43.85 refund from Scottish Power:T. Not sure what that's all about as my contract doesn't finish until January and I certainly haven't requested a refund. Not only that but they decreased my DD by £10 a month from this month too without me having to do anything. Will phone them later to see what's going on. I'm always more than grateful to receive money, especially when it wasn't expected, but I can't help feeling they've made a mistake somehow:eek:

You've just reminded me that I need to contact Scottish Power (again!!) as although they took a payment for our gas in September they haven't taken anything else since our contract started in September 2014 despite constant telephone calls to get it sorted out . I was also supposed to switch tariff which they are still trying to work out. Think I might have to switch again very soon :)

  • well done to everyone for all your money making!!

I am up £59.35 after fees and postage which i'm really pleased about. I've not done any other online bits this weekend though, DH and i re-arranged loads of the upstairs on saturday and sorted through cupboards etc so i can keep all the ebay stuff away and the smallest person clung to me all day yesterday.

I will get on it again this week.

    New total is £106.35/£150

I never knew they had London rates, I assumed the price was the same wherever you live. I think that's diabolical:eek:
