I Wasn't stopped/parked in a car parking bays for a start but more stopped outside by roundabout thing by the doors. But that's just semantics, the vehicle was stationary, driver st wheel engine running. But thanks for the useful comment.
My question in the first instance is regarding the winter Tarriff as per this thread, do I need to start anew thread?0 -

The good folk of Fistral are taking a battering from the wind today.
Unfortunately, the storm seems to have caused some damage to the ANPR camera.

Funny how much local bad feeling there is, people suggesting trips in the sea with he cameras etc. Compare this with Porthleven CIC who have just commissioned CEL to manage their new car park.
A few tickets are trickling few, lot's of "well they should have read the signs" coming up on the local facebook pages.....wonder how long it'll take for the swell of opinion to turn ?
