Someone on the digitalspy forums is claiming that Three UK will be relaunching their "Three Like Home" roaming deal some time today.
Haven't seen anything from Three officially yet, but if it's true it's a pretty good deal.

Even before this, it was worth considering 3 UK for use in Ireland. Calls to UK were 10.2 pence a minute, incoming free.
That or Tesco Ireland, with calls to UK landlines 1 cent a minute at the moment0 -
I've just seen that Toggle Mobile has added to its already decent Free Incoming calls in the USA by adding the country to its "Local" numbers.
That means you get an American number and calls are only 3p per minute, texts 9p.
Seems a good deal.0 -
Can I ask a quick question:
I'm fortunate in being allowed to visit the Bahamas each year. I have a 3 mobile phone on a pay monthly tariff, and also use 18185 as an intermediary for my BT home phone.
Using 18185 to phone a mobile in the Bahamas is quoted as 4.5ppm. Does this mean that my wife can contact me and the whole cost will be 4.5ppm, or will I also pay the 3 mobile overseas receiving rate, too?
Thanks in advance.0 -
4.5p is the cost of calling to local mobiles, not to UK mobiles roaming abroad.
If you use your '3' sim abroad, for your wife the cost of calling you will be the same as if you were in UK.
For you it will cost £1.25/min to receive her calls.

Thanks - I thought that might be the case, sadly. Is there a more economical way to do it, do you know?0
