You still need to edit the very first line of your very first post.

You are looking for signs which mention railway byelaws, pure and simple. You could also try asking the Train Operating Company if the car park is subject to the railway byelaws (just ask the question, don't say why you are asking). However, it might take some time to get a reply.

The driver of her car gets to the station late because of dropping a child off at school

The driver googled this company and simply ignored the letters.

I'm trying to respond online via the MCOL website, however it's asking for a defense pack password, which I don't think I have?

There is an email address but I'm dubious about emailing.

Instructions on how to acknowledge should be on the court papers.

    Edited thank you

I'll take a look later. Does it have to be stated on their signs or not? If I take a photo of the signs and post that up?

No it doesn't have to be stated, but if it is then it's just the easiest/quickest way of getting an answer!

Anyway this will only be one thread to your defence, see above for good advice on other aspects of your defence.

I'm really not sure who I'd need to talk to to find that out??

I can't find the Defence Pack Password either. It's nowhere on the forms.
  • No idea where the OP lives, but if his local court happens to be a town in north Lincolnshire whose name is often censored, then it could be fun (look up "VCS vs Ibbotson" for details).

if its from a local court and not Northampton, then I dont believe there will be any online defence pack password etc as its not an MCOL

I believe an MCOL is an online court system where Northampton bulk centre deal with it

Salford handle the paperwork versions , but I think this is a local claim that VCS filed in their local court (ie:- Sheffield)

That makes sense. So how do I go about telling them to do one? Via post?
