Dildo was on Radio 5 and a TT customer asked if he could now cancel his contract without a penalty as they have failed to protect his data and a years free credit check is a load of old pony because after a year a double of him could be created for ID fraud. She didn't answer his question as to whether he could cancel and not be charged.

Dildo is the right name for her.

loved the way you clarified the name is Dildo and not made up...:T:T:T
  • talk talk are emailing customers asking for any spare bitcoins , because they are struggling to pay the ransom

had it of been virgin , the threat of posting "beardie" to them would have stopped then dead in their tracks

Not sure if I believe this. If in doubt blame Russians/Chinese or Jihadis. Every chance its an inside job from one of the overseas call centres who are paid peanuts and can earn a lot more from selling data or inserting malware to leave open doors to website.
  • "The BBC's Keith Doyle who is outside the company's headquarters in London, says customers are being advised to change the password on their TalkTalk account "

but ,, the website is DOWN , you CANNOT change your password

judging by the IQ of the average talk talk customer service advisor , there will not be much money after it is split into the 260 people needed to make up the IQ of 260 needed for this operation

It's not often that I feel sorry for the banks but just imagine the work they'll be lumbered with when 4 million TT customers want their credit and debit cards cancelled and replaced!

The cheeky !!!!!!!s , they knew about this on wednesday lunchtime , yet one of their sales people called me on wednesday evening trying to sell me bolt on packages etc , not a word of the massive problem they were/are engulfed in

The only thing i am relieved about is they dont have my card details as i have only ever paid them via direct debit

    VERY unimpressed

Still the big question is... Do i have the right to cancel without charge?
It's laughable that I ask that question because if anything I should be charging them!!
