If you remain unconvinced, refer your complaint to the Ombudsman.0

Ker-ching!!!!!!!!! penny just dropped, the PPI was refunded on the 5th year of taking the loan out,am I right?.
Take this to the Ombudsman.
This is the most blatant "con" I have ever come across.
You received the original PPI amount back (if you did) not including the interest and the PPI payment that you paid on this for the 5 years, the PPI whole amount WAS STILL ON THE LOAN TO TERM END WITH INTEREST................so you not only paid 5 years of PPI with the interest but continue to do so to loan term end, double whammy for the company!!!!.
It is not in their best interest to tell you this.
When you settle/d the loan, you will not receive a rebate on the PPI amount because, you have already had it back!.
You will not have known that when you received the "cashback" of the PPI,put this in the Ombudsman complaint.
The PPI cashback is the carrot they lure you in with
"pay the loan for 5 years and if you have no missed payments, you get the PPI back"
They will not have explained this to you when doing the hard sell for the loan, you think, oooh PPI back but, don't know the true cost.0
