I have just come from CPW and I don't know how I misread your message but I read it as 2nd Generation instead of the 3rd . I can't believe how stupid I have been.
I liked it very much and decided to go for it rather than the Samsung The Moto felt very comfortable in my hand.
I did not get them to set it up etc as I have got a Nokia 520 which is Windows. They had said they were not sure if it would transfer my photo's etc I transferred them this am to my laptop.
So the bottom line is the phone is still in the box When I asked to see it against the Samsung She said the Samsung boxes are sealed and the Moto is not. I would like to take it back and change it for the 3rd Generation Hopefully they would exchange it.
I don't have the contract as their printer was causing problems and I was to pick it up at another time.
Perhaps it was talking to my Son. He told me that he had bought this camera for his daughters who are 12 and 14. He says it is a great camera for the money.
I do hope that they will swop it for me. Probably need a new contract.
Thank you so much for all your help. I really do appreciate it. This forum is my first port of call when I have problems

I have looked their website and it would look as though I should be able to exchange it for the 3rd Generation
The thing is it was the 3rd generation I looked at online Saw that but comes in green and black. Read bit of review and respected your opinion. The sales staff have been very helpful in store They will be tired of me.
    Thanks again Sue

Seriously Susan...it is unfortunate that you have been unable to follow what I have been writing.
As stated time and again it was suggested that you do this online

Carphone Warehouse likely do not stock the model of which I have written.

The model they stock is the cheaper version with 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM. In two colour choices; one with a white front and a green back and the other in black.

My suggestion was that you get the correct phone/contract via AMAZON using the link that I created for you.

But it's likely too late for that now, unless you decided to buy the phone outright rather than as part of a contract.
