    Actually you could argue - and this supports my own approach even more now - that the latter part of that term relates to an expectation that offers may be rolled over but that they reserve the right to stop that and to terminate at any time. Therefore, each offer ends on the date that was listed. The latter part of the term can't be read in a way that conflicts with that.

    That is a more favourable interpretation than what another one - that the supplier might use - would be namely they can withdraw offers contrary to the original stated dates.

    We're entitled to the most favourable interpretation where there is any ambiguity, in accordance with the regulations.
