Because they have acted in a very annoying manner even if it is not one that actually breaches advertising codes and unfair trading and contract rules.

This has sent me off into this now. If I get bored enough, I might end up dropping an email to the CB site's home authority Trading Standards - anyone could and does not have to have any relationship with the CB provider (I think we now have to go via Citizen's Advice consumer service and they decide what to pass on - why can't we have direct access to TSOs anymore:mad:? - answer probably is public sector cuts and very real pressure on staffing and resources in local authority sections - which impacts on their ability to bring cases but that's not our fault). If they end up considering this, this could impact consumers generally (though all it would do, if it was needed, was to change the terms). It may be that this is in full compliance with the law and therefore no change was needed. Anyway, I think as regards us as individuals we just shrug our shoulders and don't buy any more of the tea anymore:(

Also to be considered is that, if a contract term anywhere is ambiguous (which is not itself a ground for action) but if action is taken regarding it - discussion with the trader etc. - then it may simply result in a trader changing the terms to write them more specifically and without doubt and this could mean that the terms were made more strict, and more legally effective, than before.

Why should it go off your page if the offer is still on until midnight tonight?:huh:
