No, although I always ring retention's. I've always found them to be excellent at keeping my custom even without the threat of cancelling.Thanks. Did you have to actually cancel to get the deal?
I have know people that have cancelled who have then received calls back later to offer better terms, but, I wouldn't do that unless the service was rubbish.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

My son is due to come to the end of his minimum term after a house move so just trying to get some ideas of what he should try for. He's had BB/LR ( no TV as he prefers Sky ) with them for around 7 years now and has had some good deals in the past but time for negotiation again.
Any specific number for retentions?0 -
From a Virgin phone 150 then option 5 then option 3 (Thinking of leaving).
Phone when everyone is at work and you may not have to wait so long.
I'd tell them that Sky are offering him a good deal for Switching BB, but he doesn't really want to move if VM can help...
Of course there are no guarantees that he'll get any deal, but always worth the call.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

I have satellite internet and it doesn't use the land line. The only reason I have it is, I live in area that has no internet connection. I live 8 miles away from the nearest mask, the closer you live to the mask, the better your internet is. It cost a lot of money, that's the down side of satellite internet. but I can get online now.0

Yes, that is why I'd prefer to stay with VM, but, not had a pay rise again this year, so it may just come down to finances. Is there any way you could help me out please....;)Yes I think that was his plan. Only problem can be that Virgin are the only provider with fibre so Virgin often try to tell you that Sky won't be as good.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
