Never tried an all-season tyre but live on a farm in rural Scotland and put both our cars on UltraGrip 9s last year. Neither of them missed a beat in quite a lot of snow at times. Can't say I've noticed them as extra noisy on dry summer roads either.0

I bought from ATS Euromaster, they were around £75 each all inclusive for 195/60 R15, and they even came to me to fit them for £1.
Wet performance is very good, the car feels like it's on rails around corners.
Just checked and they don't do the new tyre in the size I need on the Berlingo.
They do the Alpin which is a good tyre anyway.0 -
Might be a good opportunity to change to the basic 16" wheels that come on the LX/Sport/Ghia - 205/55/16. Tyres are MUCH cheaper and eBay has plenty of genuine alloys for sale. They are standard spec as well so insurers won't have a problem.
That's what I did for my MK2 Focus when I had it. No regrets.0 -

Yes i thought about that and buying some 2nd hand alloys - im not sure what spec tyres in temrs of speed and load ratings i would need in 16" form to meet insurance criteria. My 17" ones are 95W and Ford are not able to advise what it would be for 16" tyres as there isnt a factory option for the Titanium X variant to be with 16" tyres. Any advice on this please?0 -
I think it was just the basic 91V?
Not 100% sure but I would not bee too worried about it, it isn't a very heavy car.0 -

Have you tried inputting the details on the Michelin site?

I use Bridgestone A001. Previous set lasted 35000 miles.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

Auto Express All Season Tyres Test 2015
Unfortunately, Michelin’s new Cross Climate “summer tyre with winter capability” was launched just too late to be included.0
