The first person I spoke to this week did, but the young lady who helped sort the mess caused by the first couldn't have been more helpful. She even let me feed the dogs who were demanding their dinner .

I was so pleased that I have sent her manager good comments about her (not any easy task, as there is only a link for complaints).

Apparently, if they get compliments, they can win an award , so anyone with praise, do make contact . (After giving up on online chat -obviously script driven abroad, then ringing, only to get another foreign person, who misunderstood and thought my broadband was not working, the latter put me through to 'broadband tech', where a nice man sent a message on my behalf).

No wonder you cant make compliments, it costs them lol.

2 good staff, you must have your karma coming back good now ;)

When the last tv price increase kicked in, was on half price Variety, so expected to pay £1 of the £2 rise, but my charges stayed the same.
That's why I'm reluctant to phone at all, just sit back, wait, and see if they forget again.::)
Don't know if they would just revert LR to monthly, instead of paying upfront, as that's the only reason for me to phone them, to save £20 per year,£1.70 pm, and probably at the increase of a new package?
.I can pay full year LR anytime after years LR is up, IF they put me on monthly and increase my package.?

;;Spoke too soon, new TT bill just came online, £14.34, from £7.10
£9.34 for BB E+W,( ex Aol plat), including anytime calls? + £5 for unlimited mobiles boost.
Looks like that phone call is due.:-)
    Why do I tempt fate.

EDIT;::Just phoned , very polite, good english, BUT, will only offer me LR upfront at £191.usual new price.expires 15th december.
BB unlimited,+ anytime calls LL and Mob , for £7.50 for 6 months, then £15 for next 12 months.
That's £7.50 per month more than new customers for 12 months.
I said I would consider it, but, will probably leave.
Looking at Sky unlimited, free +.LR and adding a call package, anytime.
    Minefield.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

You can drop to calls and remain at the same price, if you order TT do not take a call package, after activation buy a half price call boost for 18 months, includes mobiles for £3.75, the boost promo end 31st Oct.

So hopefully there shouldn't be a £5 charge for switching packages, though I can't find this out?

What five pound charge for switching call packages ?
Sky have never done this......where do you see this ?

BTW Sky's Talk & BB contracts are 12 months (not sure if the 18 month contract the poster was talking about was TT or Sky as it all got a bit convoluted.)

Ee isn't bad and you'll get the voucher after a few months off the link from this weeks email. I've had it a year and a half and haven't had any problems other than they bill me every month but only take the money every 2 months (but when it's £2 a month I'm sure it costs quite a bit requesting it)
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

@ £7.50 pm for 18 months,+ £100 voucher, I doubt getting SB + half price calls, would work out any cheaper.?? I don't know what they offer SB at.?
    Plus LR upfront.£15.90 pm=.£191 pa
You would think they would offer me that, having been out of contract 12 months.:(
