Hope your mum's op goes well today, Dusty
    Back healing vibes for poohbear

YL, you sound much more positive today :) I don't know what your DS enjoys, but have you tried baking bread or biscuits together, making collages from natural materials, bird feeders or boxes, salt dough decorations :xmastree: or - if you've got squirrels in your garden - a squirrel assault course? Does your local area have geocaches, museums, canals, a library, a town trail (leaflet from the local tourist board/online?), a poundshop for craft kits or a charity shop that sells board games or jigsaws? Have fun!

    My list for today:
[STRIKE]- finish off my contribution to the SW :xmassmile party recipe tasting[/STRIKE] - DONE
    - send a couple of emails
    - SW, but no yoga afterwards (it hurt my shoulder too much last week)
    - quick dash to the cake decorating shop before lunch
    - write that letter that I didn't do yesterday
    - friend coming round for coffee at 2.00
    - reading, course preparation etc
Hoping I can stay awake today after an unwanted early start(DH switched on the light at 5.45)

Catch up later. (((Hugs))), spoons and sticks all round x

    Thanks for the welcomes :)

I'll definitely be doing baby steps, I'm so overwhelmed by how this house is, been living here for over two years and I still haven't decorated everywhere... we have too much stuff, so I feel like I just move hot spots from one place to the another... I was reading today's list and thought my whole house has turned into one giant hot spot, it's no wonder I still haven't decorated the HS&L (last room to do)

I decided to rejoin you all as I was clearing out crap from the attic, to make room and I remember how much this flying helped me in our other house, so here I am back again!

    Off to do a HHC....

    Morning

    Hope you are all ok

Just has a bloke I know arrive in my office, making comments about how clear it was :), so I put him to work to move some large bits of office cabinets etc around, so now there is even more room, just got to make sure I don't fill it with clutter!! :) industrial meter reader here as well now, so he is helping with the last bit of furniture to move, well he did offer so it would have been rude not to accept his offer.

Cat to vet at 10 for his annual check up and jabs........takes as long get him in his carry box, with only 3 legs you would think it would be ease, but no.......**remember to put gloves on hands** to save getting scratched.

    Morning all.

Mummyroy - it'll be strange but the time will fly by ;)

Charlylovesphil - I got my licence renewed at the post office. They had a booth you stood in and they took a digital picture and a digital signature. The girl who did mine said I could retake it if I wanted to, glad I didn't though as I look younger than I did on my old one lol It cost me £21.50 in total and that includes them processing it all for you. I did mine at lunchtime on the Saturday and my licence turned up on the Thursday.

Todays plan is to run to town on errands and take this stuff to the charity shop. I have my shopping trolley minus bag and some bungee cord ready to take the second lot ;) First lot I'll carry as I'm going into town to the bank on that trip since I'll be halfway there anyway. I've labelled all the boxes, heavy, medium or light based on how they felt after holding them for 10 seconds so I'll put a mixture on the trolley ;) I won't break my back or arms doing it and I should be able to manage 3 or 4 boxes which will cut down the number of trips. See it may sound crazy but I have a plan :rotfl::rotfl: DD is out at a club after school until 6.30 so I have that extra time which is why I'm doing it today. I'm determined to have my bedroom back by half term.

I'm currently charging my phone and my travel charger as my buspass will be on the phone and I don't want to risk the battery dying. I'm going to do accounts and potter until they're done. Its a bright sunny day here so I'm going to put the fleece in to quickly wash now, rescue the livingroom from chaos and see what else I have time for.

    Personal (week):
Laundry (fleece, cloths, quilt, blanket, dog)
Ironing - DD did the uniform stuff so its all the rest that needs doing now!
Jigsaws (4 down 1 to go)
    Accounts
    Mr A delivery
    Recanvassing newsletter
    Recanvassing books
Dailies: Beds, dishes, laundry load, S&S kitchen, S&S bathroom, dog walk
    Sewing repairs: Monkey, doll
    HGP jobs
    Clean front of the house
Sort dehumidifiers for bathroom and DD bedroom
    Shredding
Stuff to charity shop (See photo for opening times)
Nag DD over arrangements going away (she's sorting it with her grandparents who are away atm and will forget) ;)
Plan bake sale stuff (twinks, chocolate cakes, cupcakes) including packaging (used foil trays last time and they never came home despite me asking for them back! so I want stuff I don't mind disappearing.

YL.. my house seems more full than ever.. I have so much crap.. I don't even know where I am finding it all but it is very depressing!!!

I have decided the small baby bits are going in a binbag and on the local selling group.. £30 is not too much to ask for a stuffed binbag full is it?? most is like new as these things usually are!

I am flinging the other cot on there too I think.. it is cluttering my front room and has been since last Christmas!!

Today I am shifting toys out of the middle room and sorting in here.. I've done other rooms the last few days then have to come sit in a grotty dirty room.. NOT impressed!!

DS3 I kicked up a fuss so he has a gp appointment at 4pm.. I had a huge strop about infection and diabetes and hypos and stuff.. = 1 appointment!!

Right.. HHC until 11:15???? (mine will probably last until 8pmish!)

I'll join you, my HHC this morning turned into an hour, stopping for a :coffee: as I've turned my kitchen into a mess, pulled out all of the herbs, spices, and baking stuff cupboard.. everytime I was going in there... things kept falling on the floor, so I've been ruthless, why was I keeping stuff that I've not used since the house before last (over 5 years).. so I thrown what I haven't used, still got a lot but I do use what I've kept!!!

    Anyway kettles boiled..
