Most supermarkets sell it, as do health food shops, and asian shops. I get mine off the Market stall, where I get my herbs and spices from too.0

Tesco's sell it and it's usually near to the crisps/snacks0

Morrisons sell the kernels and it's with the indian food. They sell the microwave packets with the crisps.0

A word of warning.if you keep popcorn kernals a long time, store them in the freezer.I had some once(from a health food shop),which had a whole life cycle of insects living in them-grubs,pupae and winged beetles!
It hasn't put me off however,I just keep them in a tub in the freezer, apparently this makes them fluffier when popped.0 -
Maple syrup is nice with popcorn. The grubs and the winged beetles like it too.Small change can often be found under seat cushions.

Can anyone tell me roughly how many grams of made popcorn you would get in dessert bowl....I have found somewhere that says there are 405 calories in 100grams of popcorn but am interested to know how many there would be in an 'average' serving.
Thanks,
