Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well Dolly Rocker!
Thanks everyone for welcoming me. I am sure I will need some help along the way as I have no willpower and I love to shop online...

This morning I needed to get face powder as I have run out. This is not a luxury item for me as I have a shiny face without it! Ordinarily I would have gone online and ordered a premium brand. Today I had a little think and went to Boots and bought a much cheaper brand using Advantage card points.

Need to decide what my weekly allowance will be and when I will withdraw it, whether Monday is best as if I do it on Friday I might spend it all at the weekend!

  • I am going to withdraw my cash every Saturday & make that last me right through to the Friday.

Still feeling a bit rubbish, I finish a couple of hours early from work today so going to head home & jump straight in a nice hot bubble bath then have an early night - hopefully I will be as right as rain tomorrow.

I love getting freebies on my advantage card! I have like £15ish on points on there the now & we do a secret santa amongst us when we go out for Christmas Dinner (2 couples) so I need to buy some Prada Candy perfume & another couple of things, been invited to the event at B00ts on the 29th October 2015 to get the £10.00 of free points when I spend over £50 so will do my shopping then.

Morning all, can I please join your lil group please I have got into a bad habit of going into Cardiff every Friday shopping not spending a huge amount but having a shock how much all the little bits add up to at the end of the month, I have to go this week as need a few bits for hols next week but from 29th of month I am going to aim for cash only.. My new year challenge is to clear all cards so this is a good way to start I think. x

  • Oh I went to Kos years ago & had a fab time.

Think some sun at this time of year would be great.

Oh are they, I am taking my husband as a surprise for his 40th, it has been so hard not to tell him! Will tell him the night before so he can pack & get excited.

Rome has been on my list for years now, so glad that we are getting to go this year.

All these holidays how fab :D Hope you are feeling better today Dolly. Loads of coughs and colds going around at the moment.:(

I am out of cash but mainly as I owed someone for a charity bike ride they did so paid up with that one.

Also all the PO trips for E*ay parcels was going to do it from PP but I forgot :o So about £35 of my cash has gone on that. But do have over £300 in PP from sales so cant complain really.

So had to spend £11 on my card this morning but thats it. Hopefully no spend day tommorow so if I can keep it to just £11 I will be happy :)

    Good luck to you all

  • Yeah that will be great if you can keep it at £11.

I am still not feeling too good, headache, sinus issues, earache & now I feel a bit quesy.

I am hoping this goes away soon, managed to make it into work & just struggle through this week.

    I love a holiday!
