I wish no harm to people who wish no harm to me or mine.
My list of people didn't include the violent thugs either to the left or the right.
Let me be clear: if a violent moron attacked me or mine and it was with in my power, they would be dead.
you, I'm sure, would sacrifice your family for your 'principles'.0 -
I know someone who was there, working at the conference. She's witnessed someone getting punched in the face and a woman being spat at. Nice behaviour eh0

Can you imagine, even for one second, the outrage there would be if a bunch of rich people surrounded a labour candidate singing "poor scum" then threw stuff at him?
No you can't....
One of the unpleasant side-effects of Corbyn's win is that the repellent far-left who've clearly been restraining themselves (or been forced to restrain themselves) under Nu-labour are interpreting Corbyn's leadership as tacit approval of stuff like this & worse. There's been a noticeable rise in left-wing bile & no attempt to contain it since Corbyn was elected. Easy to imagine five years of some ugly protests & rioting if the Govt don't stamp down on them appropriately & early. Nothing other than peaceful protest should be tolerated for a second.
"A flag near the start of the protest featured a picture of David Cameron holding a gun in his mouth, with ‘Just Do It’ and a pig pictured underneath"
Kinder politics?
oh do behave, the protest were planned long before JC was elected as leader, the high turn out was due to 2 things, good weather and the diverse range of reasons for taking part, all good stuff and part of the democratic process,or would you stop that process?0 -
actually it isn't a British public thing atall
it's the ill educated violent scum that throw things.
did you approve of the concrete blocks during the miners strike?
at least the ill educated don't have sex with a dead pigs head, seems thats the prerogative of the extremely well educated0 -

Yes, the dead decapitated pig came to no further harm from the incident."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -
Where do you draw the line fruit and veg? Onions are f'ing hard and pineapples, marrows, coconuts, butternut squashes (to name but a few) could cause serious harm.Left is never right but I always am.0
