    Well they called... All docs signed off so going to underwriters now apparently. Does this mean a valuation soon maybe? Hmmmm I'm confused and even more stressed now

    YAY!!! At least that is done though and that's progress. Sounds like it is on the way. If they thought it wasn't looking good, surely they would say so at this point rather than sending to the underwriters? It sounds like we were at the same stage then. I obviously wasn't approved for the DIP and they were just looking at all our documents..... Hope we hear soon too!

    Nope, no response as of yet!
    Part of me wants to chase and the other part makes me think no, in case he has news I don't want to hear! Silly really, I know! x

    Xxlauxx our valuation was done as soon as it went to full application so before the underwriters recieved it

    Fairy it will be ok - as we said no news is good news!
    Jess - it's all really confusing. The thing is do they always do the valuation before underwriters? Ours is confusing more because of the refer of the dip... But it allowed us to put the full application in anyway (which we did). The lady on the phone said Tuesday could be the offer. God knows, time will tell I guess. Need to just try and chill out now

    Yeah it's all very confusing. We got the text to say our application had been recieved and then a few days later a text to say they had booked our valuation and were doing it the same day.

    Since then it's been with the underwriters requesting info etc or in queues

    God I hope it all hurries up

    Yea I presume we will get a text soon then (I hope so anyway just so I know it's going in the right direction)

    Haha the texts are the worst.. Everytime I get a text I panic thinking it's nationwide lol
