If you are in financial hardship, you are better to seek advice from a debt charity, like Stepchange or National Debtline, as said previously.
They may decide that a credit card is not the right product for you if you are in financial hardship and may close the account too, so be prepared for this [just in case].

I am just wondering what your basis is for reclaiming these over limit charges. It would appear that you were over your limit so on what grounds do you intend to try to reclaim them?0
