I have upgraded to Windows 10 but reverted to previous edition

That is the reason l tried with preview version with my old PC, and opt not upgrade on my Main one

Have just ordered myself an iMac, so I wont have to be dealing with 10.

I've upgraded one machine - the one I keep for editing/uploading on the move and don't worry too much about as I never handle anything requiring good security keep any important work on it for very long.

Installed with all the privacy-eroding features switched-off, use a different browser to Edge and don't use the Bing search in the taskbar.

So far I'm fairly pleased with it, and would consider upgrading my other machines.

That's what my new boss said when he bought me a nice new top model iMac.

I now have it and my old PC side by side on my desk - Turns-out the Mac was inadequate for some aspects of my work and it would have cost almost as much again to add the hardware and software to bring it in-line. :mad:

How about this ....

I'm waiting a while for all the problems to be ironed out and will probably do it before the end of the 'free upgrade' period.
In the meantime, the talk on the street is that it ain't an 'upgrade' - just a change

The talk from the desktop is that its less crap than 8.1, and a marginal improvement over 7.
PS The apps are still a bit rubbish, probably because developers cant be bothered with windows as well as Android and iOS.
