Remove your surname and reply times from #9 and#10, op and all identifiers i.e. pcn, reg.no. from #1

    pp scumpanies patrol these columns.

    Welcome to mse:-)

'I have about 10 days before UKPPO say I am now liable for their £100 [STRIKE]fine[/STRIKE] fake invoice'

In the canon of f - - - letter words Keith, that one is verboten in relation to ppc's.

You have received a speculative invoice, as the Newbies stickies insist you absorb, as do I:).

Absorb means take in, digest, understand.

UKPPO cannot fine you, for all of the reasons already said in this thread. BPA are trying the slopey shoulders approach ... :)
  • OK, I am a sponge and able to understand english. Just thought "forum jargon" was being used.

But as I asked, what next as BPA, DVLA say "nothing to do with me"?

Tell them that they are wrong, as per ManxRed's post. With the DVLA you should make it a formal complaint. That way, they have to deal with it.
  • If you want to contact the MP it's http://www.catherinemckinnellmp.co.uk
If you live in the constituency they're more likely to show an interest - my experience is of being fobbed off if you don't.

Parliamentary rules dictate that MP's can only deal with complaints from their own constituents. You can still complain to your own MP even if you are nowhere near Newcastle.
    Je suis Charlie.
  • Thanks
I sent an email to BPA with Manx's question from 11 above.
Two previous emails to BPA were answered almost immediately. This last one sent at 16.12 has not been replied to?
I have sent a message to my local MP and the DVLA who replied

    "Dear Mr Keith

Thank you for your email received on 21/9/15. Your email reference number is //////////.

I have read the content of your email and full appreciate your circumstances.

It may help if I explain that DVLA does not deal with parking penalties or complaints in regards to parking tickets being issued.

Please contact British Parking Association (BPA) on 01444 447 300 for further advice.

I trust this answers your enquiry."

So no help there. Any suggestions

That's the DVLA slopey shoulders ... they're trying to get you into a ping pong between them.
