Really? That will come as news to the thousands convicted of speeding and red light offences on the basis of still images.

Oh my days, are you really being serious?

A red light conviction will show images before And after the offence.

That is all that is needed, there is no get out. You either did it or you didn't.

In any case, if additional cameras are fixed then moving images can be provided.

Similarly with speeding, a before and after to calculate your speed with those little white lines.

Now, you really are on a wind up, aren't you?

Oh dear, how did your dirge appear?

    I had you on block!

You see, I sussed you out straight away-a newbie who likes to create a bit of aggro, I confess I've read some of your other nasty remarks to other members on other threads.

It's sticks out like a sore thumb chappy.

Anyway, have a nice life on here in the, surely, short time you have remaining.:naughty:

    ps Back on blocked.

    That's cute.
Feel free to find these apparent posts where I've made nasty remarks? Would be interested to see them.

What about if the offence wasn't captured by an unmanned speed camera?
If you are prosecuted for speeding and the evidence was supplied by a manned roadside camera, one photograph is all that is needed.

With respect, this thread has gone off topic several times.

Nonetheless, the alleged contravention within this thread was captured by fixed cctv.

A video was provided, not still images.

In response to member car54 I essentially stated that two, or more, images would be provided for red light/speeding offences, obviously referring to other fixed camera types.

I had read his post suggesting that only one image needed to be provided.

In that case, then every vehicle would be stationary. (In a yellow box).

Now, talking of mobile manned cameras has nothing to do with this thread.

However, other members have been petty in their posts beyond belief, posting total irrelevance.

The OP was captured by fixed cctv and the video does not show his reg.

That's the only relevant camera to be discussed.

Your continued abuse is not worthy of further comment.

    .

Oh dear, having to resort to make believe now are you?

If being asked if you are an Ealing council minion, or, in other words, a loyal employee of Ealing Council, can possibly be construed as abuse is quite remarkable.

    As for "continued...":)

    What an utterly sensitive soul.:D

The OP was only asking for opinions based on the video he posted.

    .

So why are you banging on about other (imaginary) videos for?

    And ifs and buts?

    I'll leave you to it.
As you can't carry on a decent discussion, there is no point in continuing.
