I'm doing the same as Valli. I have stripped ds1's bed including mattress protector and were blowing away but I have brought them in as it looks like it will rain. I have moved the crap left under the desk and have text him to see what I can chuck. I have also cleared the desk top so ds2 can use it if only for Lego. Sorted the only shelf I didn't do last week and discovered his Christmas cards so I have recycled those. Windows cleaned and sill wiped. Room henried. I need to buy some of that freebr--ze, send his quilt for washing or buy a new one. I have chucked his pillows along with the hall mats.
Ds1 is still alive and rang us earlier. One of the starving flat mates is having a visit from his parents today. Ds1 has purchased a tv! He has saved up by working the summer so I can forgive him. He is off to a superhero party this evening I hope he finds somewhere in his costume for his money and keys.
DH has ironed
I have a carrier of recycling and a bag for charity. I am on a rollburn and crash I fear
I need to start selling soon as I have a full set of beast quest books and sea quest books which are over 100 books taking up room under my bed.
I need to change ds2's bed but I seem to be short of single sheets strangely.0 -
DS's bed remade (and new castors clicked in AGAIN - because I found a part packet in my toolbox the other week). He really needs a new bed as do I but funds are low. I haven't been so kind as Dancemum - I am flinging without consulting. DS still doing homework. He has a spelling test on Tuesday and has spelt "night" wrong. He cheerfully pointed it out so he knows it's wrong. He's winding me up... So he's not going anywhere till it's sorted, mean mummy.Bossymoo

Pigpen you are so clever, when you have less demands from your brood you really need to be making money out of your talents.
Here in the YL household through gritted teeth "come on now love, another hour then you can have another break, you only have maths, science, PE, English and history to finish" ... my boy was last seen with his feet on the desk watching a youtube video which I am sure was nothing to do with school work. He will finish all his bl**dy homework even if it kills me.0 -

Evening all
Managed to list 4 things, want to do 6 more after dinner
Chair taken to DS1's. I wasn't missing him too much but on Friday night when they were all here watching tv I realised that won't happen much now and felt sad.
Still todo:
Get washing in
iron school shirt
resew one tag on
clear the table for dinner. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I have survived again today!
Now off to sort some ironing. Two weeks ago my sister sorted an ironing collection for me tomorrow - with delivery of ironed stuff coming back on Tuesday. She is paying and said she would forward money to DD2.
Which she hasn't, yet so we are back to panic mode as everyone starts to panic.
I don't even know what it is costing and DD2 doesn't know how much to take out the bank.
Apart from that we are OK. DD1 has completed the bubble rush in aid of the local hospice. I am so proud of her.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
