Yes, pretty close! I think I could probably live with it for a short while, if I painted the tiles white, and the wooden bits white and got a new loo seat....but I really couldn't cope with it for very long!

Anyway, I am under strict instructions to go to bed now (it's been 3.30am most nights this week), so I will depart and speak to you all very soon.

  • Looks fab, fingers crossed for the valuations!

We had a 'slight' change of plan last year, so strange to think that last year we were in our old house and had no intentions in moving, its put our debt free date back a wee bit, hey ho we're so much happier now and three bedrooms!! Just need to sort out the windows and heating, and cavity walls but it'll be done in time!
Proud to be dealing with our debts - We WANT to be debt free DEC 09

    Hey Snaggles - how exciting!:)

Have you made an offer? Might be worth offering £125,000 then you wouldn't have to pay stamp duty?

Hi Snaggles, how are things with you? Has your sister been back to the doctors, i really hope that she gets more NHS funding. When do you hope to be moving? I know what you mean about big houses, i love the idea of having one but we have a room that we never use here and it really scares me to be honest! I think things may be lurking in there when my OH is working nights. Maybe i just have an overactive imagination!

That house is like what I grew up in

what is the housing buy/selling stuff like at the moment? My parent are trying to sell though the bungalow they wanted has now gone and not many good places around (needs to be near shops so my mum can get out & about and near my sister).

    This is their current place:
