Actually, it's a 50/50 fridge freezer, and it's not that big. I really don't know how we have squeezed so much into it. :o

Just gone to get the chicken out to defrost, and there are only 5 chicken breasts not 7, so I will make the chicken piri piri with quorn instead.

Doing quite well on the freezer challenge so far - I have had to swap a couple of meals around because my parents visited unexpectedly yesterday so I only had time to bung some jacket potatoes in, but today we have had the vegetable pasta bake, with courgettes, peppers and tomatoes in, and it was gorgeous. Made 3 portions of cheesy pasta and courgette babyfood at the same time too, which is one of Natasha's favourites.

    Morning!

Hope everyone is okay today and not too cold. :)

Just over a month until I go back to work....eek! I can't believe how fast this last year has gone. I know I will have forgotten everything, so I'm starting to get a bit nervous.

We have had really bad wind here (childish snigger), and the winter cover on our camper, which was already a bit torn, got ripped right off, and can't be fixed.

So I've got a bit of a dilemma now, because I can't afford a new one, but at the same time, the camper cost sooo much money, and I dont want to risk leaving it without a winter cover, expecially as winter seems to have finally arrived today, and it's freezing cold and snowing.

Think I'm going to have to put it on the credit card, but I know I wont be able to clear it by the due date....grrrrr.

Off to see how much they are - I think they were about £200 last time I looked.

SNOWING??? It's lovely and sunny here... As for the camper.... could you live without it til next winter? It's just now it's getting warmer you might not get much use out of it? Then again, I know nothing about campers.. :rotfl:

  • Hi Snaggles, Is there no way it can be repaired? Or get a large piece of heavy duty polythene to cover? Campers are absolutely great and are always worth having -sighs enviously because she wants one.
Oops sorry just read that you can't repair it.

Try http://www.tentvaletingservices.co.uk/ - they deal in Conway parts - but I would think they are similar sizes.
