How did MB cause it Tig? He didn't...erm.....trump....did he? :rotfl:
Your dog must be very chilled out if it didn't bother her/him Spud! They normally hate anything like that, don't they. Unless it thought the low rumbling noise was a REALLY BIG dog outside your house, and it was a bit scared!
Compared to her Snaggles, all dogs are small, but she's a big coward. She even has a healthy respect for the cats :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I love the word 'trump' too...heehee!
Ryan is much better now thanks, seems to have got over his illness pretty quickly thank goodness. They've both got lovely blue eyes - thank goodness they haven't inherited my weird orange eyes!
Stu's enjoying his new job so far. He is working as a drivers mate/spare driver for the next couple of weeks, and then will have his own permanent route sometime in March. He doesn't mind because he can find his way around anywhere - he's got great sense of direction, which is something I really envy, because I spend half of my life lost...lol!
How's everything with you jacs? Survived half-term okay?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
glad everything is ok in the snaggles household:D
half term was nice i like having the kids home for a week, any longer and i am pulling my hair out though.
i start 4 days a week college on monday i only had to do 2 days this week and that has half killed me.
i fell asleep on the sofa last night at 8.30 dh woke me up at 10pm and sent me off to bed.
silly as it sounds i don't want me being tired to cause 'problems' as i have had enough of those since the op as they took my ovaries so i need hrt,and finding one that works for longer than a month is a mare. sorry tmi:o things us women worry about:D0 -
i'm wanting a sat nav for mothers day but the answer i get it
you don't need one of them to find your way to the shops.
but i'm not from round here so i don't know my way about very well.
i can find my way to town centres except poole/bournemouth as there are too many lanes and roundabouts for me,i'm a country bumpkin, wouldnt think i have been driving for 12 years would you lol0 -
Right - money stuff!
Stu had to pay his car insurance last night (£416 ), so that completely wiped out our car savings, and all of Stu's overtime from his last month at his previous job. But at least we didn't have to pay 24% apr for the priviledge of paying it monthly...woohoo!
All the other accounts are looking okay except for the shopping account, which has £60 in to last until the 20th (I have nooooo idea how that happened!! Ooops!).
My bingo wins have arrived this morning so I've paid off my credit card (£61), and have £24.69 until the 20th. Not a lot but I can't think of anything else I need to pay for, so it should be okay.
Going to go and check on my shares now, just for a laugh!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
glad you managed to pay off your cc !0
-
how often do you both get paid?
dh gets paid last working day of the month i get money weekly and 4 weekly which is a bit of a juggle.
are you really going to be able to manage until the 20th on £60?:eek:0 -
Jacs, it's no wonder you are tired hun. You have been through quite a lot, and if you are struggling to find some hrt that works, your hormones will be all over the place, which really does drain you.
You might find that once you get used to being at college, it doesn't tire you out quite as much? Hope so anyway.
As for satnav, Stu has one (needs it for his job), but I still get lost. In fact I swear I can hear the little computerised voice getting more and more exasperated as it has to constantly work out new routes when I take the wrong turning....
'At the roundabout, take the first exit'
'Take the first exit now'
'No, I said the FIRST exit'
'NOT THAT ONE, THE OTHER ONE'
'Perform a U-turn where possible'
'Right, concentrate this time - the first exit....the FIRST one.....NOOO, the FIRST one.....oh my god, where are you going? I said the FIRST one, the FIRST one for goodness sake......are you STUPID or something????'
'OH FOR GODS SAKE I GIVE UP'"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Oh lol, the shares are at £7.92 - I need them to be £9.56 to clear the home improvements bit of the mortgage.
One day I will be debt free.....sigh.......:)"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
