:rotfl: KC, your post made me laugh so much!

It's not completely exposed, but it only has a little transit cover on it at the moment, which is fine for summer months, but if you keep it outside in winter months, it really needs a winter storage cover (to keep it warm and snug ;)).

At the moment it looks like this (except mine is green):

And it should look like this:

OOOoohhhhh, i'm getting really envious now. have you had a look on e bay, to see if any covers going?

I've got a permanently saved search thingy that notifies me if anything vaguely mentioning folding campers is listed on Ebay, because there are quite a few accessories we would like (bicycle rack, awning extension, awning extension divider...etc), so it SHOULD in theory have told me if anyone was advertising a winter cover, but I'll go and do a quick search to make sure, thanks!

Just rang round and it seems they are £159 wherever you get them from, plus £15 delivery, so not *quite* as bad as expected. :o

KC, we haven't actually used it yet (we bought it at the beginning of winter, so we could bag a bargain :T), but I am like this ---> :j :j about using it this year! We are just going to take it to North Yorkshire for a few days, to practice towing, putting it up etc, and then we're not too far from home if we have any problems.

We still need a tow bar, but Stu is saving up for that and will hopefully be able to get it done in March (they're about £200 for the type we need).

Oooh, exciting, my shares have edged upwards for the first time in months! Better keep an eye on them, just in case they suddenly skyrocket...

HI Snaggles how is it going?

Caravan looks cool. Ref the cover, can you get it any cheaper online by getting cash back from quidco, or topcash back etc?

    Hi Chev!

Sadly no, there are only a few places you can buy accessories from, and none of them are on Quidco. The price I've been given is direct from the manufacturer, but there's £15 postage and packaging. It would be cheaper to collect it from a dealer, but that would mean a 3 week wait, and it would cost £10 in petrol there and back probably anyway, so not much of a saving.

Bother! Thought that you might at least get the cost of the delivery partly covered by cashback. What about other sites, like topcashback, or similar?

Just had a trawl through the cashback sites and no-one has them on. Oh well, I will have to just go ahead and buy one I think, and then somehow come up with a way to pay for it.

I feel an Ebay challenge coming on! :D
