Hopefully weather will improve and you will not be as bad. Am I right in thinking that this model has rigid sides and a pvc roof and lockable doors? If so then we have two companies who deal with this model in a 6 mile radius. Our friends bought theirs from new last year, complete with awning and various bits. I could always keep an eye out for you, but sometimes better to deal with direct.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

It's the one that has canvas sides and roof - when it's up, it looks like this:
And then you put the awning on and it looks like this:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
It looks identical except theirs is blue and white.Takes ages to put up though, i went with my friend for a test drive and we are both 5"3, so we had trouble with top bit being taller than us- a few dodgy moments, but we managed it after about an hour and half of campsite taking pity on us.Wouldn't mind but her hubby is 6"3 and he left us to it!!! Anyway laughed myself stupid when he took at down and rain drenched him- ha!! ( evil moment there) We have managed it in quicker times since, and i usually take my tent- which i can get up in about 10mins flat- very posh with three beds and amenities.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Really? We've put it up at home a couple of times, just to test it, and it's only taken us 15 minutes each time! And for 10 minutes of that we were actually inside, extending the poles and setting up the cooker/sink, so wouldn't be getting wet anyway. I'm 5'3 too, but hubby is quite a bit taller thank goodness!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Well put the old cover back on as well as you can and duct tape it on. It should be OK like that for a few days, but not longer as the adhesive can either solidify or stop working."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

The old cover literally got shredded as the wind tore it off! And it's still so windy out there that there's no chance of getting it on properly (especially as it is currently residing at Leeds's finest landfill site :rotfl:), so my poor little camper will be having a few cold nights.
We've been discussing it, and we think we might be able to pay it off next month, so I think we are just going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one. It was just too expensive to mess around not protecting it for the sake of paying a couple of months interest if we can't pay it off straight away.
The other worry is that without the cover, it is very visible from the road (with the dark green cover on, it just sort of blends in), and we have had quite a bit of vandalism in the past, so I feel like it is sitting on our driveway, waving and shouting 'hey, look at me, come and slash me or throw things at me'...lol."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
snaggles, if its anything i think you should buy a cover. With things like this its best to be safe than sorry from the weather and vandals. Its like buying a house then not insuring it :rotfl: Anyways thats my input, i am sure you can cope with the few months interest0
