I am unable to post pictures on here, but for those who have asked, below is the exact wording on the parking notice:
WARNING
This land is private property parking conditions apply 24 hours 7 days a week
Failure to comply with the parking conditions below will result in a £100.00 parking charge notice being reduced to £60.00 if paid within 14 days.
VEHICLES PARKED IN THIS AREA MUST PARK IN THE CORRECT MARKED BAY AND CLEARLY DISPLAY A VALID P.T.L PERMIT IN THE WINDSCREEN
This is a contractual notice and by parking here you agree to the terms and conditions. Parking Charge Notices not paid within the given period may result in Parking Ticketing Ltd contacting the DVLA to request the keepers details.
Outstanding parking charge notices will be passed on to our debt recovery agent where an additional £50.00 charge will be added.
Once again, any help will be greatly appreciated.0 -
They appear to be self ticketing only, which means that another resident has been tapping her.
If this did get to court, could OP call the Norris, cross examine him/her and ask to see the camera? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
What do you mean another resident has been tapping me?0

He thinks the tickets are being issued by another resident in a self-ticketing operation, rather than a PPC staff member doing rounds. It's quite common, and they get about £10 for any ticket that is paid.
You should have a good defence, they can only be pursuing you for a genuine loss (nil) since they can't charge you a service charge for doing something that is not allowed.0 -
Another resident of the complex in which you live has been passing your details to the parking company.
I believe that they take a photograph of the offence and send it to the parking company. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

If this is really exact wording on the parking notice then that sign is incapable of offering a contract for parking as the address & company number of Parking Ticketing Ltd is missing.
Sorry, the address, phone number and website are listed at the bottom.
How can I prove that a resident is ticketing me?0 -

Personally, I would not bother, they are doing nothing illegal, and they have the moral high ground here. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
