Nothing you are saying is relevant to this thread or this forum.
Everything I have written is pertinent to this forum. What far too many on here seem to forget is that Landlords have rights too.
The landlord, for whatever reason, contracted with this PPC to prevent abuse of this car park. The op has been caught abusing it 20 times, I suspect that there were many occasions on which ske was not caught. If I were the landowner I would injunct her, and seek undertakings as to future good behaviour.
To suggest to her, as one person has done, that she lies about who was driving is outrageous.
The OP is consistently abusing the terms of the lease her boyfriend signed. He could, as a result, face eviction. There is no room for shades of grey here. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Not at all. But not everything is black and white. There's technically-wrong-but-can't-actually-affect-anyone ....
So, just like Chris Huhne and Vickie Price then. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

This thread has gone off topic but just to respond to this statement - it would be a particularly harsh, or even twatish, landlord to try and evict on this basis. In fact I'd suggest any landlord that did was in the same club as Nicholas van Hoogstraten and would deserve to be reviled and hated by everyone.
Now let's get the thread back on topic and help the OP fight the PPC.
The Deep - I know you don't like what the OP did but please now leave it alone."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Whilst I disagree with you about this thread being off topic, I can think of many instances where a landlord may wish to evict a tenant who has taken in a lodger. Anti social behaviour parking, fly tipping, noise.

Why should we help her? She clearly has no respect for other peoples' property. She should either pay up or risk a judge siding with the PPC.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

How do you come to that conclusion? From what I can tell she's done everything she can to minimise inconvenience to anyone else. She's done no damage and causing no inconvenience.
You really need to stop your issues regarding parking at one of your properties from clouding your judgements on any vaguely related issue.
I also don't understand why the driver is relevant in a parking issue - anyone could have driven the car into the space, the process is exactly the same.0 -

In my opinion she has not done enough. She could have sold her car, changed her job, or moved to accommodation with adequate parking. We do not know whether she has inconvenienced anyone or not. Because she says it, it does not make it so. j
My issues at Branagh Court are typical of the problem of people with more cars than they have parking spaces. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

You have misunderstood the purpose of this forum!!
It's a shame we have to waste time pointing out to newbies (who might be put off) that your input is often irrelevant so that the integrity and purpose of the forum is upheld0 -

Sometimes I'm not sure if you're being serious. We've no reason to doubt what she's said, and she's even gone so far as to pay to park elsewhere. Let's just assume that what she says is true unless it turns out otherwise, no?My issues at Branagh Court are typical of the problem of people with more cars than they have parking spaces.0 -
I should have sold my car, changed my job or moved house?? Really? That's your solution? I drive 300 miles a week for work. I am constantly looking for something closer to home that would possibly eliminate the need for a car but until that happens, I am not going to sell my car. I park my car on the street monday to friday and on weekends if I am at home, I will park it in the car park if necessary between the hours of 8am and 6pm after which I move it back outside. If I do park inside the car park, like I have said the space is never occupied. In regards to your previous comment, I am not taking the space of a tenant's friend or family member etc as no visitors should be parking in the car park.0

As a landlord I would never evict a tenant because their partner moved in with them.
And yes, the board will continue to assist if she wishes even without your blessing."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0
