Rakuten have a sale on until midnight - 15% off plus 25x points back on purchases plus they have just sent an email out with an extra 10% off code ... Plus potentially 8/8.4% TCB.

As an example, iPad mini retina is £215, £21.50 off, potentially 5375 points (worth £53.50 - assume this may reduce if points calculated after 10% discount code used), £15.48 est TCB (if it tracks/pays out when using the discount code), so potentially £123 approx after all the discounts (if TCB pays out appears to be the only risk - others discount/points will be known during checkout).

May be worth taking a look.

If I put something on that I am likely to forget I always set up a timer. Makes me jump out of my skin when it goes off

As for bags, I have a large number of hessian and canvas bags, and I have been collecting a few extra plastic bags each time I went shopping for about a year now, I seriously do not think I will need to buy bags, I always walk out of the door with my John Lewis penguin bag and that has another bag in it, mainly because I am mostly going to Lidl or Aldi, so I have got into the habit of having my own bags. The plastic bags are mainly for the small bins we have and they do not get emptied until they are well full.

My aim is never ever to have to pay for a bag :D

Morning all - must go to bed as I have hospital visit tomorrow.

Just a quick note that the 3 for £10 chocs is now populated with 41 items on Asda BUT 40 of them ONLY show up when you click on the 1 Lindt item that has the 3 for £10 sticker on it. Not sure what this means?

    http://groceries.asda.com/search/Boxed%20Chocolates%20&%20Gifts/2/relevance-desc/so-false

The so false thingy on the end makes me smile :)
I have no idea either - only 29 items show for me?

Disney BOGOF is back at most retailers (including Tesco).

I wonder if they'll bring back the stickered cases or if I have to rely on the staff not taking away the giant BOGOF stand like last time

I did ask if it was going to be removed but warden said it is too heavy & it is gale force tonight so it should wash away....

Takes me neatly to our ferry crossing tomorrow morning - Gale Force 5

Eat a banana is the helpful tip... Can I find a shop open on a Sunday to buy one?

Wish me a safe journey Llovelies please xxxxxxxxxxx

You could maybe buy one on the ferry Snap. Hope the crossing isn't too uppity and down

flutter your Welsh flag with pride, you are going home :). Hopefully the wind doesn't go beyond a 5 now

Have loads to read back today as didn't manage to keep up yesterday.
My cough eased, I felt quite good until I woke up this morning  almost pee'd myself coughing as I got out of bed
Plans to go out for lunch today have been shelved :(. DH reckons I'm not well enough to go out, so inside I stay.

There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I once had a £5 gold voucher applied to my A online account due to my C&C being late out.

    hi,
Just to update you all, I rang A..a this morning, having waited a week and after a bit of faffing around I got a e voucher for £10. Apparently the section manager was too busy all week to sort it out. still I am happy with the outcome, as I also got £10 APG for the same shop. Thanks to those who replied to my message.
    Cheers

I used to love this promotion in years gone by...always managed the offer after it had expired...but times a change and kids grow up so I've now got no one small enough to buy the dvds for!
