They took no action when Observices was convicted.

If you live in a block of flats infested by UKPC tell the MA about this.

If that block is owned by a HA tell them

If the HA is a registered charity, tell the Charity Commissioners,

If nothing gets done, tell the Housing Ombudsman and the local council Housing Officer.

Tell Trading Standards.

Write to your MP.


Cause them as much grief as you can.

The images appear to have the flavour of the text adding feature of Irfan view, what gives it away is it is not centralised, looks like a box was drawn, the info pasted on.
A dedicated app would place the text where the app was told to place the text.

I have just received a reply from my Managing Agents about this, Apparently the Industry Press have written about it. I foresee MAs cancelling their contracts with UKPC in droves.

UKPC infests a private residential road just round the corner from me. My friend Google has helped me find the home addresses of two directors of the RTM company, who will now be getting print-outs of some of these reports in their post!
