UKPC "altered" Photo Evidence - now on BBC

Not sure that I agree 100% with that. There has been so much exposure on this case that if the BPA are not seen to be doing anything, then the flak that they would undoubtedly take is likely to make them want to be seen to have "done something" and anything less than a suspension would not tick the right boxes. Of course - expulsion would be even better.
Can they be seen to take no action if the Fraud mob bring any charges? They can, of course, postpone any action pending criminal investigation.
They took no action when Observices was convicted.Je suis Charlie.0 -
If you live in a block of flats infested by UKPC tell the MA about this.
If that block is owned by a HA tell them
If the HA is a registered charity, tell the Charity Commissioners,
If nothing gets done, tell the Housing Ombudsman and the local council Housing Officer.
Tell Trading Standards.
Write to your MP.
Cause them as much grief as you can.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

The images appear to have the flavour of the text adding feature of Irfan view, what gives it away is it is not centralised, looks like a box was drawn, the info pasted on.
A dedicated app would place the text where the app was told to place the text.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

Is this story gaining enough traction to destroy UKPC? We can live in hope!Je suis Charlie.0 -
I can see lots of Trading Standards Officers jumping on board at the smell of an easy prosecution. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hopefully....I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I have just received a reply from my Managing Agents about this, Apparently the Industry Press have written about it. I foresee MAs cancelling their contracts with UKPC in droves. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

UKPC infests a private residential road just round the corner from me. My friend Google has helped me find the home addresses of two directors of the RTM company, who will now be getting print-outs of some of these reports in their post!Je suis Charlie.0
