UKPC "altered" Photo Evidence - now on BBC

See article which currently appears on BBC UK home page- http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-lincolnshire-34172701
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Interesting to note that there appear to have been (from bbc news) "incidents elsewhere in the country". More widespread?

The BBC contacted UKPC again about incidents elsewhere in the country, but the company has not responded.

This seems to be the common (non) response of any PPC contacted by the media for comments in cases of controversy.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • So the BPA is investigating, well that's reassuring. Worst case? Asked to leave BPA and joins IPC. Wow.

Can't. DVLA insists that sanction points accumulated with one ATA must be carried over to the other, which is why, for example, ANPR Ltd. has not joined the IPC.
    Je suis Charlie.
  • the IPC will not take ANPR on board , due to the way he tried to steal companies and attempt to set up his own ATA

Well I think its funny tbh, but gutted for the people going through this. I know I know - its pretty serious but what can you do? You may complain about it but this is the private parking industry at its best.

You've got to laugh at this statement from UKPC :

"This behaviour is completely contrary to UKPC's operating procedures and employees who do not adhere to our high professional standards or codes of conduct are subject to disciplinary proceedings up to and including dismissal"

    Yer, OK :rotfl:
