How many other flaws in their operating systems, procedures, software, or rogue attendants do they have that they can not excuse away any more!
We need more of these high focus exposures to keep these scammers on the hop.0 -
More to the point, why was a 'warden' allowed to access the photo?
The data on the machine should have been downloaded to a computer which did not allow access to the data / photo to anyone.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -

They use hand held cameras exactly the same as you and I do our holidays."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Nice to see Pranky's blog linked on that BBC page.
I can't think of an analogy to use for this whole sorry state of affairs.
The bad apple thing doesn't work when the barrel is already full of bad apples to start with.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Possibly, but only if it netted way more than £100 a throw. After all we probably want to enjoy a number of holidays of our own choosing rather than a special one at the invitation of Her Maj's.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

They have been caught committing fraud, this is a police matter, if they wont listen, bug your MP to get the police to investigate.
The law is VERY CLEAR here, the people charged are the company directors and officers.
No doubt whatsoever about that, several criminal acts have been committed under the fraud act with one carrying ten years prison.
It is not a matter for some trade organisation to brush under the carpet, it is a matter for the courts, the criminal courts.
They are no excuses in the law, such as we did not notice, the act and use the images, they are chargeable under the act.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Indeed, they are as guilty as the banks which sold inappropriate PPI.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
