sorry guys I have binge ate.

I can understand were code is coming from. As I have great respect but also jealousy for people who can eat sensible and not eat the way I do. I wish I could do it.

Until I hit puberty I was skinny little thing and then out came the lumpy. When I was about 15/16 I was 10 and half stone. The biggest was 15 and half stone and now about 13 and half stone. I am only 5ft 4 so I am massive even at 13 and half stone.

I don't mind the big boobs or bum but I have huge belly and it really gets me down :( I know its a long haul thing to sort out but I get so upset and down about it, why I can't eat normally.

Anyway been productive put a wash coat part of the way around the down stairs hallway. Need to finish it off so I can put the colour on tomorrow if I feel up to it. And now sat entering loads of competitions.

Have deleted the number and texts and cleared out all the call logs as well.

Will e-mail my contact from the agency just to get them heads up.

Will look at finishing off the wash coat on the hall wall in a while.

I will bung the star mix I bought earlier in to the fort. Its in little packets so easier to share.

Just emailed my contact at the Agency just to say that the week after next I will be looking and want nothing for to long and not to complicated if that makes sense.

Oh just one thing that I am sure everyone is aware of but from tomorrow you will be charged 5p for each carrier bag from the supermarket so don't forget to take your own with you.

Stupid time to start it it. Would have been better on the 1st of Jan as start of a new year and all that.

It's walking round the production area Georgie plus dogs plus walking there and back. I downloaded my vivofit data and yep average of 22 miles so really should be eating more not less.

Meant to reply to this before.

That's still a lot of walking by anyone's standards. I know you find it hard to sit down and relax (I'm the same), but maybe try by cutting down at weekends if you can? Take some time to try and relax if you can.

I don't know much about ED's, so I won't say much on the subject as I just don't know much about it! But, you drink smoothies, what about soup? Filling and nutritious at the same time.

Hope you manage to eat at least a little something, we worry about you Melly x x

Ended up in hospital overnight with escapette. She has gastroenteritis. I got very annoyed with a nurse who wasn't listening to a word I said about how it wasn't what I was feeding her that was making her ill. A doctor also agreed that what I was feeding wouldn't give her a runny tummy, but the nurse kept going on.
Not restoring my faith in the medical profession at all.

Also had a breakdown and hubby had to shout at me to snap me out of it. Was so upsetting seeing her in pain and not being able to do anything. I was holding her and she was screaming and no amount of comforting helped. Then hubby picked her up and she stopped crying immediately. Never felt like such a useless person in my life. Felt like a rubbish mum and just totally gave up. Was all for packing my bags and leaving them both at the hospital and going home.

We are all back now and she is fine except a bit uncomfortable. I'm just totally exhausted and grumpy.

Glad to hear escapette is fine, even though it was horrible for you, Welly.

I can remember my mother saying about when my twin and I had gastro-enteritis at the same time, and how she ended up switching off completely because she got so frazzled and exhausted. My dad found her sitting on the floor rocking and holding a teddy, not responding to anyone or anything. It happens. It doesn't make you a bad mum.

Don't forget you've had a huge physical trauma with the birth that you're still recovering from, as well as being tired from being up all night and upset for escapette, so don't give yourself a hard time.

Right wash coat on all the down stairs hall way. Not the best job ever but the best one I can do.

    Washed out rollers and brushes.

Might watch something on netflix as a reward

I'm on here because I'm struggling to finish a report I said I'd have in on Friday so I need to send it so it's there for start of work tomorrow.
I'm not sure I'm doing it right though, so MSE is currently acting as an avoidance mechanism.
I'm impressed by what you've got done though Calley.
