    Plan A - bed at 10.
Plan B - bed after Graham Norton.
Plan C - wake up pinned to chair by Gitdog, and realise it's now tomorrow.
I need someone with a pointy stick to prod me out of my chair and up the stairs.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I went to bed relatively early. Woke up when DH came to bed and now I can't sleep so I am hoping a camomile tea will help. Yawn.

Went back on anti-d's last night so I am hoping that will lighten the mood when they kick in. I'm fine though - it's not mh that is keeping me awake.

Still can't sleep. I think I'm dehydrated. I shall have another cuppa.

On the plus side, my washing has finished so I will put another load in, and then hopefully it will dry on the line while I am at work later.

Hello. I am up now for work and not feeling too bad considering the lack of sleep.

Hope all is well with everyone.

Morning. Sorry about your disturbed night. I kept waking up because I was too hot, although in my befuddled state it didn't occur to me to throw the cover off.
I have a traumatic morning ahead clothes shopping so want to get there early before it gets silly.

    Morning my Lovelies,

Not sure how I feel this morning. A bit empty maybe and lonely. Who knows LOL!!!!

Anyway more weight lost, not sure how though as I did have 3 X packets of jaffa cakes and half packet of bourbons and 3 x little packets of jelly beans on top of my meals. Over the course of a week.

And I have been eating 2 x meals a day this week but no exercise. Don't really do breakfast, but did try bacon and poached eggs this morning, but chucked the eggs as they did not see to be cooking as they seemed to have slime on the top that was not cooking. So 3 rasher of bacon.

I am not dressed or showered but will shortly. And will go and see my husband later today. Will probably walk around to give me some exercise and save on fuel.

Welly hope escapee is feeling better soon and you can get some rest today.

Hugs, handshakes, and squishes to all who need them.

    Yours

    Calley
