I think it's lovely that you miss it when people haven't posted for a while. Just shows what a loving caring person you are (((((WaS))))) We think the world of you too.

I think it's probably allergies too WaS, although I'm not sure what could have suddenly set me off. I have spent all day just lounging on the sofa under a blanket! Will have to have a ratch through the cupboards for some hot chocolate, am sure there's some in there somewhere!

As before here,.slept little and not dressed yet but will shortly as have a service at. Church tonight. Very winday here today.

I have some Horlicks! I think I've tried Ovaltine? I'm guessing they're pretty similar? I love malt drinks and do think they actually work in helping me sleep.

I love them, too! I love Horlicks just as much as Ovaltine, I always keep a malt drink in the cupboard because even if it's a myth that they help you sleep they still relax me. Plus they're extremely yummy.

Pathetic psychosis whine - Words are not looking right at all. Everything seems to be spelt wrongly and letters look back to front. WaSp tells me this is a little like how words look to him with dyslexia but it only happens to me when my chemicals imbalance. So forgive me if my spelling collapses for now, I am totally depending on spellcheck (and it still looks wrong).
