2) do you feel empathy towards people who are ill/unhappy/feel stressed/have problems in their lives?

4) do you like to cuddle soft toys?
5)do you have a sense of humour?
6) can you laugh at yourself?
7) do you know when you are saying /doing 'strange' things?
8) can you analyse your behaviour and rationalise it?
9) do you love your partner?
10) do you love your friends?
11)do you have a sloth in your pocket?

I stayed up until 5am in the end and now half the form is complete. I couldn't sleep for worrying about it so I just got on with it. I also found out I lied on the form! Because my memory is so bad I totally forgot I went out in December! Argh! So I had to correct it all which I could have done without. Today, I am not very well. I am very emotionally sensitive, very anxious with panic coming in waves and the voices are telling me my benefit will be refused (thanks voices). But it is halfway done, I am getting there!

No one posted since 2.30am! Is everyone ok?

Afternoon Polly! I will take a squish and a hug, please! I am just about hanging onto sanity here (can I even use the word sane to describe myself at the best of times?). I have filled in the mental health section and just have the physical section to go which is a lot easier because it doesn't hurt so much and make me feel so removed from everyone else. I was going to wait until closer to the due date to post it off but now I just want it gone and out of my sight. We won't talk about the sheer paranoia that this will initially be read by someone with no medical training, at bad times I imagine people handing it around the office to all look at the lunatic. I hate paranoia.
