Its strange I wear makeup and dye my hair and paint my nails to make me look and feel better. But don't seem to do anything about my weight.

Ummm sorry to say I have gained 1lb this week. But then did have xmas packs of whispas up the local shop for 40p for 4!!!! And I did partake. I ashamed to say I bought two lots but only ate 7 out of the 8 as gave one whispa away.

Any one had lidl's turkish yoghurt. I thought that greek yoghurt was thick. Its has the thickness of clotted cream :rotfl:it was nice though.

anyway got my face on and on my way out to husbands for an episode or two of columbo and spag bog for tea.

    Catch you all later.

Not strange really, Calley. Makeup, nails, hair, etc all give you instant results!

Losing weight takes a long time and you don't see results for a fair while. The feelings of deprivation are instant though!

Eugh, just had an argument with my parents and I'm absolutely raging. Was supposed to be going out for dinner. They picked me up and then mentioned they had a bag of gifts in the boot of the car from FOH! He turned up at their house yesterday and spoke to my mum. She did tell him to go but he then told her the police said it was OK so she took the gifts! Not only that, she didn't think to !mention this for another 24 hours. I am raging. What is the point of me going through all of this effort with the police if she'll just be nice to him?? It totally undermines everything I've told the police - FOH hardly looks threatening if he's having cosy chats with my mum.

Was so angry I got out the car and walked home. So am now incredibly !!!!ed off and hungry! Spoke to my sister (who was also supposed to be coming out) and she can totally see where I'm coming from, which helps.

Have called the police and logged it and have another appointment tomorrow. But it can't have helped my case that my mum is happy to speak to him, take things from him to pass to me and not even think it's anything worth mentioning.

I have not been this angry in a long time.

I'd be livid too, Tea. :(

I suppose your mum did tell him to go at first.
And at least you didn't take the gifts.
And he did tell them the police said it was ok.

That doesn't excuse it, though, but I suppose your mum was put on the spot. Perhaps if she'd had more chance to think, she'd have done it differently.

But it's very strange they didn't ring you straight away and tell you. Perhaps they were ashamed?

But again, you are quite justified in being steaming mad. :A

    Oh Tea,

have a huge hug. I doubt it will effect anything your mum talking to him and accepting the gifts.

If you have the gifts then give them to the police tomorrow. He lied to your mum and told her it was ok.

You mum is probably a bit like me and even my mum. Don't want to hurt someone feelings. And took what he said at face value.

And yes I would be livid too. You have done the right thing to report it the police.

Please try and calm down. You parents meant no harm. Also its not about whether he is threatening. He is making you feel uncomfortable and not taking no and staying out your life.

Please come in to the duvet fort and we will settle down wrapped in duvets with some thing nice to eat and drink and watch a nice film.

  • !!!!!! tea, what planet is your mum on!!!! YOU ARE BEING STALKED. Can you tell her that, in a firm voice? How on earth does it help you if she talks to him?

AH well, parents often don't understand. :( I agree with calley that she meant no harm.

Yes, calley. Lidl's Turkish Yoghurt is pure bliss, isn't it!!!!! You can actually SAVE calories with it by using it instead of cream..... :D

    tea,

maybe your mum is actually frightened of him. It is also probably a generational thing. My mother would do anything someone told her to do. She'd even give littlewing away rather than upset someone. It's why I don't trust her to have littlewing herself.

JM could not believe how thick it is. I thought I might have got a over set batch LOL!!!

I will try and eat it for breakfast everyday with some fruit from the freezer.
