I think it must be.
The whole debate finished off with him banging the spoon round the pot asking if it was annoying me yet? See what I have to put up with!

So the 90th birthday party that my cousin is organising for my Aunty, hasn't gone down well when he's finally got round to telling her about it. I knew it wouldn't.
She's very much a homebody, and he's went and organised a whole weekend in a holiday cottage for her, her two sons and her grandchildren (who she hardly ever sees as they live miles away), and then me, my Mam, D (although I don't think he'll be going as he has something else on) and my Dad's and Auntys cousin to go through for a meal.
His exact words were "well I sprung it on her and she was horrified. But then resigned herself to the fact that she'd have to go as everything was planned and it was too late to cancel". I know what she's like and she really won't want to go. I know that, my Mam knows that, how can her own son not realise? He's making it all about his wishes and not hers.
Hopefully she'll enjoy it once she gets there, but I still feel she should have been involved in the planning.0
