Sounds like you must be in orbit with Major Tim! :D;)

Moo - well as you know, I think half my problem is the industry itself so............. but, you are having a mad time at the moment, everything feels and looks bad ( says she who is exactly the same!!!) but my take is to ignore myself and my brain and my thoughts and I am hoping I will see sense in a few weeks, else I might have to slap myself! Really honey - you need to give yourself a break.

Moo,Tea - my fav safety boots were super light and about £20 from a discount shop some years ago but I have literally worn them to death so there is no footbed left inside and so I have to get some more.......... I was looking at the arco website but they ony have 1 pair of stated composite ones......and I want to be able to try them on.............Tea - with safety boots ( actually with all my boots - and I have a lot!!!) I always get a size bigger and wear 2-3 pairs of socks, a to keep my feet warm, but b) it always seems comfier to me. Summer is funny when I have to still wear three pairs of socks - but as long as I don't take them off all day I am ok - and then I get home and plunge feet into bowl of cold water! Tea - you definitely need new safety shoes if yours are hurting and causing pain - feeets is important hone, get a new pair!!!

Hey Calley - doesn;t sound good with lodger not having money he owes you. Thin you need to say to him that you need the rest in 2 weeks and that it is not on. He clearly has poor money management and you don't want to end up carrying him.

And yes - I am with major tim - snigger - Wish I was tho! what a view that would be! Do you think I would breach the atmosphere if I went up for 30 minutes (assuming I was not in a typhoon or tomcat or something!)??

So....FOH has refused the caution, and it's now being referred to cps :(

Have had a good chat with police baby and he's strongly advised me to take this route. He says in his opinion, FOH just doesn't get the problem with what he's doing and he thinks he's very likely to start up again if the police take no further action. He spoke to him yesterday and said throughout the conversation FOH kept asking about me and just couldn't get his head around the need for no contact.

In theory the cps can go ahead without my approval to press charges, and police baby has made it clear that it is my decision. But he's also made it clear what he recommends, and I've got no reason not to respect that.

Have now got to send him contact details for my parents, sister etc. Really wish I didn't have to drag them into this. Also really, really wish I didn't have to go to court :( Am still kind of hoping it won't come to that.

Fly, I guess it would depend on your speed, or is it your velocity? (Whatever. Physics and I do not mix well!)

I would imagine that at any aeronautical speed, 30minutes would take you into orbit, but someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Edit. Eek! Just did a quick google, and apparently it only takes 8minutes for a space shuttle to get into orbit, so 30minutes might see you escape orbit and head for Mars!

    Bye bye Fly!

    tea,

I imagine at any point in the next few weeks FOH can decide to accept the caution instead of proceeding down the cps route.

I think you need to listen to Police baby - it sounds like he wasn't born yesterday!

Just to re-emphasise - FOH is choosing to react like this - he is bringing the consequences onto himself and maybe this will be his ultimate route for his own long term happiness if it enables him to see his past behaviour has not worked for him.

I wont be carrying him or subbing any money. I trusted my husband with my life and money. But I would never be a guarantor on a loan for him. So he wont get away with any thing.

Him and his wife owe rent and council tax arrears. He blames not working for nearly a year due to shoulder injury. Simple answer to that send his wife out to work and him stay at home and look after little one!!!

Oh Tea massive hugs. I know that is sounds horrendous but this needs to happen if he does not get it. The police are not getting through to him. You have to think about it long term. You need your life to get back to normal and not always be looking over your shoulder or worried.

    Yours

Tea, FOH needs a reality check. There's something very wrong with his mental processing. Maybe the threat of court action will wake him up.
As you say, it needn't be you taking him to court, the police have enough to go on to do it.

If he gets away with it this time, it might get worse, or he may end up doing it to someone else in the future.

Have you kept a diary of all the attempts to see/speak to you, and in particular how scared you've been? The court case might not be for ages, and it's easy to forget the depth of emotions we feel. Look how many times we've had to remind you of that in a relatively short time?

I know you don't want your family dragged into it, but they can help and support you through this, (hopefully). :A

Calley, do be careful. Big warning bells. He owes you £50 rent yet he goes and spends £80 on a tablet?
Please put your foot down now. That is really not acceptable. :(

  • What on earth is he playing at tea?! Why on earth would anyone refuse a caution which would then take it to the cps? He genuinely doesn't think he's done anything wrong does he?!

I'm sorry this is just dragging on and he's not getting the message. It does sound like he's had some sort of a breakdown.

    Hugs (((tea)))
