Ww - I'm thinking your teacher said that because he or she thinks you have potential but you don't reach it because you don't think you can. So you just don't. Please don't take it as a criticism as it means they believe you are capable of achieving. That's something good to take from it. I have a girl on my team who has the potential to be a good developer. Only trouble is, she doesn't believe she can because it looks scary to her. So she volunteers for the non development jobs and so she doesn't get to practice programming in any real way which means she doesn't get any better. It doesn't mean she's not valuable as she takes a lot of tasks that I hate doing and is way more organised than me. I just wish that she was able to have the confidence to believe that she can do it.

Fly - get to work. Nope, elsien, sorry Flybaby. As you were!

Ono - you fix stuff, you cook, you bake? How are you still single?

Georgie - I used to hate egg yolks but now I love them runny. I raise your egg banjo with a roll on square sausage, fried egg and tattie scone. I totally want one now.

Melly - at least listen to the treatment plan. You may think it won't work but anorexia nervosa is a tricky wee beastie that tells you stuff that isn't true. Also they may need to make you eat to stop you from dying.

We had amazing perfect snow yesterday where it was heavy but not blizzardy and fell in big individual flakes that stayed on you without soaking you and it was a bit like being in a snow globe. It is still on the ground and the local kids are out making snowmen and sledging.

Oh speaking of the snow, last winter I mentioned that I was angry with my parents for giving away my childhood sledge to family members who did not look after it. (For those that don't remember, or didn't see a family friend made me a wooden sledge which I used all through my childhood. My friends all had lighter plastic sledges but mine was faster and I loved it. Everytime I put it back I had to wash the runners to make sure they wouldn't rust. So you can imagine how charmed I was when I saw it lying in a family member's garden, sodden, and rusty and ruined because they hadn't even bothered to put it away. I didn't even know they had it because my parents had just given it to them without telling me. Doesn't seem like a big thing but I never really got to have anything that wasn't given away or ruined which is why I get attached to stuff). Anyway, I told my mother off. I told her that I was upset that I'd seen it lying out ruined and that I was disappointed in her for giving it away without asking. I told her I'd have given it to them happily, but that it would have been with strict instructions to care for it, as that thing would have been worth a bit now and it had sentimental value and she apologised. My mum wont remember now as she airbrushes out all the negative things and claims she doesn't remember them but it made me feel a bit better that I told her off. Still annoyed about the sledge though!

    Afternoon Shipmates,

Hugs and squishes and handshakes to all that need them.

Melly As FB said any treatment is going to be scary you have been like this for a while. So its going to take a while to get back in to it.

Went to poundland and spent £16 but had a £2 off a £12 spend voucher. My lodger came with me and put stuff in the basket he did give me the cash for it. Could not pay me £300 but £250 this month but then went and spent £80 on a tablet this morning!!! And he will moan about having no money in a couple of weeks time. As he has debts to pay.

No wonder him and Wife got in a mess with money. No money but takeaways 3 times a week and she was at home with little one full time. also when he use to go out in an evening and come back she always wanted a macd's.

Right going to keep my gob shut on that as always told him that he is !!!! with money. Only he can change if he wants to.

Oh 1lb down this week. So better than nothing back under the XX stone LOL!!!

Oh does anyone know if its ok to mix hair dyes I have two different brands and colours and was wondering if it was ok?

    Catch you later.

    Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for now.

    Yours

    Calley

I'm not here, because I'm working. Honest, However, in the meantime

What's brought this on, melly? What have you seen that's made you panic?

Would just like to point out that if you were crap at everything you wouldn't be getting a seriously impressive number of interviews in such a short space of time - I've never been that much in demand!

As others have said, maybe you need to have a conversation with the ED people about the proposed treatment plan and how these things work for you before blowing it out of the water completely?

Hope so sleep helps - Gitdog sends lots of doggy snores your way.
