Do you all think that's it then when someone dies? I'm not religious but I have always quite liked the idea that some kind of spirit is still around sometimes, which would mean that fathers are fully aware of how loved they are and that you are sorry.

I wondered that too, and thought that if there is ANY survival of consciousness or thought, WaS's dad would be very proud of her. :A

Maybe WaSdad even gave her the prod she needed to start the original thread...

You don't have to answer any of these next questions.

By the way, WaS, did any of your personalities present themselves to your dad? Was he aware of them? Was he their dad or just yours?

  • Thank you everyone, and lots of love WaS!

Yep it was totally out of the blue. Been there for 7 years Code, so hopefully a decent package.

  • Aw, what a lovely thing to say! If there is an afterlife I would like to think he is proud, or at least knows how much I love him. I hope my mother realises that despite everything I love her, too.

He was the dad of the younger ones as well as mine, whitewing. Lucee considers him her dad and would play with him. He just saw it as pretend games rather than it actually being someone different to me. He used to laugh that his 12 year old daughter would suddenly want a tea party with him with tiny plates and mugs!

Does that plan make me horrid?
Can't cope with the job centre and really need to cover myself to make sure HA can't start eviction proceedings.
Need to plan as if getting work will take time.

No, melly, it sounds like a great plan to me. You must do the best for yourself.

I don't know anything about ESA really, but I thought it was for people who couldn't work because of illness or disability?
