Me too, and I've been out most of the day. I like the idea in theory, but in practice doing nothing doesn't really do it for me.
I am also sulking because Bill Sykes in Dickensian appears to have mislaid Bullseye. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

WAS thank you for the warm welcome . Actually it is a daughter !
I hope you have had a lovely few days I too love Christmas . I have read since the first ever post of yours . In nearly 20 years of dealing with both mental and physical health services for my daughter I have never encountered such caring and insightful advice as yours . I truly believe you are the way things should be I wish nhs services could be like you - but maybe you have to walk that mile in the shoes. Thank You it's a shame you can't bottle it ! PxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.
There but for fortune go you and I.0 -

Don't badmouth them in any way. "I'm looking for a new challenge and X and Y aspects of this job really interest me, and are a great match for my skills and experience".0 -
I agree about being careful what you say at this stage, even though previous company are @rses. If they're saying you didn't complete probation in the reference, it was due to sickness, are you able to counter this with previous attendance records from the earlier job . If pushed you could possibly say something about your values and theirs not being a good match, hence newer pastures etc.etc.
People can read between the lines. I know when I was interviewing, I was more impressed by the professionalism of people who were more circumspect about previous employers where there had clearly been difficulties than those who really laid it on the line. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

They put attendance and resilience in the letter Elsien (wanna the reasons I am hacked off. I am one of the most resilient people I know I would be dead if I wasn't.0
